You have a few options here, the easiest being saving the responses to a Google sheet, but you could also create a template Canvas with variables, and then use an "Update a canvas" step to populate it with the form answers, that'll give you something a bit more built-in
This is really cool - is there a way to have it then appear in a table in a tab at the top of the channel where all decisions can be collated?
